Springtime In NYC

It seems that many parts of the nation are experiencing an early spring after an exceptionally mild winter.  We want everyone to know that we are enjoying the early spring too.  Here are a few pictures verifying that spring has arrived in along the east coast and in NYC.  We hope you enjoy them too.

Cherry Blossoms at the Lincoln Memorial came early this year and we were able to see it.
We were able to enjoy the cherry blossoms with Kate & Taylor!

Enjoying the day with about 10,000 other springtime tourists.

A spectacular spring day!
Recently we awoke to this beautiful view of the setting moon from our apartment window.

We look out our window and enjoy this beautiful springtime bliss along the 495 LIE on/off ramp.

When we open our bedroom blinds we enjoy the springtime view of a neighboring apartment courtyard.

Looking past the trash we can watch the daily progression of springtime buds on the trees.

To the left of this parking lot we see that trees will soon provide summer shade.
Last Friday Stan was able to enjoy a beautiful springtime view of NYC from a helicopter.

Tulips are always beautiful but in Manhattan amongst the concrete they are amazing!
From our apartment window we can enjoy the wildlife (pigeons) all year round.

Springtime is NYC is great but these beautiful people are why we really love it here.

  1. WOW, We're going to see those cherry blossoms, someday. And, look the deer don't eat those tulips. Fun pictures, thanks for sharing!
